ASSOCIATE CHIROPRACTOR Position Available

Our clinic is primarily manual and mechanically focused, but associates are not expected to follow one specific technique or approach to care. Rehabilitation, sports, family, wellness, prenatal and mixed-practice approaches can all fit well within the clinic, and we welcome different perspectives.

This opportunity is suited to someone who wants the autonomy to build and manage their own practice while benefiting from established systems, prime location in a growing neighborhood, clinic marketing and comprehensive administrative support, and who focuses on patient goals, collaborates with providers across disciplines and respects the range of practice approaches within chiropractic.

• New-patient opportunities generated through clinic marketing, interprofessional relationships and patient referrals
• Reception, scheduling, billing and full administrative support
• Jane EMR, online booking and optional access to medical scribe and exercise prescription software
• Private treatment rooms with Elite chiropractic tables with full spine drop pieces, including a flexion-distraction table
• Access to shared equipment and supplies, including a MedX Class 3 therapeutic laser, IASTM tools, Activator instruments, lotions and taping supplies
• Direct billing to extended health benefit providers
• Established clinic systems that support efficient patient flow
• Clinic-wide marketing through our website, social media and community presence

• Current or eligible registration to practise chiropractic in Manitoba
• A reliable commitment to at least two recurring clinical days each week
• The consistency, communication, follow-up and personal initiative needed to build a sustainable practice
• Strong communication and dependable follow-through
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation
• A collaborative approach that supports strong patient care and positive working relationships
• The ability to work comfortably within established & proven clinic systems while offering ideas constructively
• An interest in contributing to clinic marketing and community initiatives
• A commitment to supporting and strengthening the clinic’s reputation
• A long-term approach to practice growth
