Neck pain can affect everything from driving and desk work to sleep, exercise, and concentration. Some people feel stiffness and limited motion. Others notice tension into the shoulders, soreness at the base of the skull, or headaches that seem connected to neck tightness.
We provide assessment and chiropractic care for neck pain and cervicogenic headaches for patients in southwest Winnipeg, including River Heights, Linden Ridge, Linden Woods, Charleswood, Fort Garry, Riverview, Waverley Heights, and nearby areas.

Mechanical neck pain often relates to how the joints, muscles, and supporting tissues of the neck are moving and tolerating daily stress. It may worsen with desk work, driving, workouts, sleeping awkwardly, or prolonged screen use.

Please note: If you are experiencing any severe, unusual headache, especially with neurological symptoms, seek emergency medical care right away by calling 911 or going to the nearest ER.

Not all headaches or neck-related symptoms are appropriate for chiropractic treatment, and patient safety is always our first priority. After a thorough history and physical exam, care may include:

Not every headache comes from the neck, and not every neck pain presentation should be treated the same way. Assessment helps us decide whether chiropractic care is appropriate and what kind of treatment is most likely to help.
